“I typically don’t write letters of this type, but I would be remiss should I not take the opportunity to share our satisfaction and gratitude.  Recently, my family purchased a home in the Lakes of Boulder Ridge.  Normally, I would have thought that it was the start of the traditional “Home Buyer v. Home Builder” engagement of broken promises, missed deadlines and lack of communication.  This experience has been everything but that!  As we made the journey through the home building process, I never felt like I was being sold or that I was just another client in a subdivision.  I actually felt like Plote Homes had partnered with me and was “at cause” to make sure I eventually took ownership of the home I had envisioned.  From reviewing floor plans, lot selection, selecting options and a constant updating of the project as it moved along, it couldn’t have been a better experience!  Having built a custom home once before, I realize that building a house is a complex process where the potential for problems is around every turn.  We judged Plote Homes, not on how many problems we had (that is inevitable) but on the speed and fairness on how they were resolved.   Of course, the people are what make a company and the people working for Plote Homes are exceptional. .  .  Thank you for meeting and exceeding our expectations.  We couldn’t have made a better decision in purchasing a new home.  You guys have been great!”
