Please accept our apology, but the pre-turnover meeting that was scheduled for April 21, 2011, had to be canceled.

Plote Homes, LLC will be conducting a pre-turnover meeting of the Homeowners’ Association to its members. The meeting will be held on Thursday, May 5, 2011, at 7 PM at the Boulder Ridge Country Club which is located at 350 Boulder Drive, Lake in the Hills, IL.

At this meeting we will be discussing the turnover process from Plote Homes, LLC to the West Lake Property Owners’ Association as well as the turnover process for the election of officers, the financials, and all other pertinent documents to the new Board of Directors. We encourage your attendance at this meeting.
