July 2010 Lakes of Boulder Ridge Property Owners’ Association News Bulletin

The following is a list of services completed by Evergreen Landscaping at the Lakes of Boulder Ridge during the month of July:

-Weekly mowing of the turf
-Hand weeding and spot spraying with Round-Up of plant beds as needed
-Power edging of concrete sidewalks and curbs as needed one time in July
-Crack and crevice weed control in paved surfaces one time in July
-Weed whipping around obstructions
-Touch up trimming of shrubs and groundcover from growing into plantings
-August 2, started edging and cultivating planting beds
-Started spot trimming of tree limbs to clear away from buildings

The following is a list of services completed by Evergreen Landscaping at the Lakes of Boulder Ridge in addition to routine maintenance during the month of August:

-Spade edge existing plant beds and tree rings as needed
-Turn over existing mulch in plant beds and tree rings
-A granular blend fertilizer along with a liquid broadleaf weed control will be applied to turf areas
-Spot trimming of trees and ornamentals to clear away from structures
-Touch up trimming of shrubs only as needed to maintain a manicured appearance

Evergreen Landscaping will be starting the fall lawn aeration the week of September 13th (weather dependent). Please mark all underground irrigation heads or dog fence lines with flags; they can be purchased at any home improvement center. This will help us prevent causing any damage to your systems.

Evergreen Landscape will not be responsible for damage to unmarked irrigation heads, underground dog fence lines, or for damage to underground utilities that are buried too shallow (less than 3” in depth).
